Brand new 2-storey townhouse in the Rockland Park community (NW Calgary), right off of a network of walking paths with views of the bow river. Two master bedrooms (owner/landlord currently living in one) with laundry. Fully furnished common spaces on the main floor with an open concept design - kitchen, dinning, living room and a half bath with access to a small backyard with a BBQ. Bedroom for rent is unfurnished*.

Free street parking available, otherwise we can discuss the option of a paid outdoor parking space. Please note: this area does not have bus access and the closest train station is 4km away.

A little bit about me! Hi there, I am 22 years old and the owner of this condo. Come fall I’m going to be continuing my education the U of C for elementary education. I enjoy cooking/baking, reading, and going on walks.

Hoping to find a responsible roommate who is respectful and takes pride in their living spaces as well as respects my privacy (as I will do). While also being happy to create a friendship, that ensures comfy living spaces that we both feel at home in.
