Sierra's room

I am looking to sublet my room from May 1- July 31 while I am away over the summer. This house is located on a very safe street right around the corner from the Church-Wellesley village. It is less than ten minutes walk from both the Wellesley (line one) and Sherbourne (line two) stations. Grocery store at the end of the street, in a very convenient and walkable area. The room is on the smaller side but comes furnished with a bed, dresser, clothing rack and desk with a chair. The cabinet on the wall unfortunately is not storage, it is the electric box for the unit but it has never caused me any problems. There is an ensuite attached to the room with a toilet, sink, and shower which is a huge bonus. There is coin laundry in the building.

There are six other young women living in the house, everyone is incredibly friendly, adaptable, and easy to get along with. They are social people if you are down for a chat but everyone understands boundaries and if you are more introverted, you have nothing to worry about! Even considering the number of people living in the house, it is generally very quiet and everyone is very respectful of each other’s space and belongings. Most are students at TMU, and we would prefer to rent to another student or a younger woman. You are welcome to have friends over at any time!
