Private bedroom and bathroom in lower level of working couple and young daughers’ (3 kiddos) home. Includes your own lower level separate entrance. Bedroom is unfurnished. Laundry located on lower floor. 5 minute drive to UBCO. Bus stop is a 15 minute walk, bus ride is 7 minutes in length. Rental includes 1 parking spot, all utilities, WiFi, access to rec room with big screen tv on lower floor, walk-in closet, kitchen and living room upstairs (shared), patio upstairs and downstairs. We are looking for a student or working professional who enjoys a quiet environment with their own space. No pets, and single occupancy only.
