Bedroom is unfurnished, but a queen bed is available upon request! Laundry located on lower floor. 5 minute drive to UBCO. Bus stop is a 15 minute walk, bus ride is 7 minutes in length. Rental includes 1 parking spot, all utilities, WiFi, access to rec room with big screen tv on lower floor, walk-in closet, kitchen and living room upstairs, hot tub, patio upstairs and downstairs. We are looking for a student who enjoys a quiet environment with their own space. No pets, and single occupancy only.
