Option 1- $800 rent a room bills not included wifi is, shared bathroom and lounge-room. Shared kitchen with all the appliances you need, sharing with 3 other people who live upstairs and are only home 6 months of the year. Roster ( fifo 3 weeks on 3 weeks off ) NOT furnished.

Option 2 $1600 2 Bedroom, Private Bathroom, private access through the garage with garage parking. Washing machine and dryer direct from the garage. Shared kitchen with 3 other people who live upstairs and are only home 6 months of the year. Roster ( fifo 3 weeks on 3 weeks off ) NOT furnished.

Free Lake Chaparral Access, free kyaks, bbq ect included in rent. It’s 30 mins from the airport on a highway the whole way.

No party animals, no drugs, no smoking, must be respectful and clean up after yourself. Must have a reference and to be able to provide rental history. Rent is $1600 NEG for a couple of students or fifo workers.
