Looking for a quiet roommate to share a house in Capitol Hill. I prefer someone who works from home, so my dog has a friend to hang out with during the day. She’s a sweetheart and you don’t need to take care of her, I’d just love to have someone around the house for her!
You will have 2 rooms, a bedroom and an office. I work downtown every day during the week, so you will have the place to yourself all day. Lots of light, beautiful backyard 1.5 bathrooms, wood burning fireplace, 10 minute walk to the grocery store or the train, 2 stops from downtown.
Possibly accommodation for pets, but not another dog. The price is $650 per month, plus 25% of gas, water and electricity. High speed internet is included.
