Emma's room

I am looking for a new roommate for my Mission area 2 bedroom furnished apartment with wifi and alarm system. I’ve just re-signed a new 6 month lease at the increased rates. I have a roomie until the end of June. It’s a great location, in a concrete building, quiet apartment. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. Basement has coin operated laundry. Located very close to all the Mission area fun restaurants/bars/shops/bus/c-train and beautiful river pathways. The available bedroom has a QN sz bed, large dresser and large closet. I have added more pics of the apartment to update! There is also a parking stall available for 75/month.

I’m 27, work full time at a preschool & currently taking a course 5 nights per wk. I like to hang-out with friends, watch movies, go camping, volunteer at church, visit my family or and sometimes stay home and do absolutely nothing. I require a roomie that will be clean and respectful of our shared space. MUST BE FEMALE.
