I’m looking to rent a room in my condo . The room will be available in June 1. I am about 15 minutes by bus from Sauvé station (orange line) and St-Michel station (blue line). It therefore takes about 45 minutes to get to UQAM and the University of Montreal. There are several bus lines, grocery store, park, nearby pharmacy. I’m looking for a long-term roommate, at least 3 months (if 1 year lease, from the 4th month it’s $550/month) . The apartment is recent (I am the first occupant and I entered in 2019), there is air conditioning, dishwasher, washer-dryer, bath and separate shower, robot vacuum cleaner, full kitchen.
About the roomies
I am a science teacher in my thirties and i had roomates from all ages and all over the world . I’m sociable and calm and like to keep my place tidy.
