I have a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo in the Gateway South Centre building on the South East corner of Anderson and McLeod. The master bedroom is available with a large closet and direct bathroom access. It’s a great location because everything you need is within walking distance of the complex, including Southcentre Mall. The complex also has a large gym, beautiful courtyard, and most importantly, central air conditioning. Also, I’m fortunate to be one of the few owners with 2 parking stalls in the heated underground parking lot so I would be happy to include this in the decided price.

I’m an easygoing, mature, single male who hates living alone. I am the manager of a local restaurant with the tendency to be at work the majority of the time. Although I get the social interaction at the restaurant all day, I find myself avoiding going home because it’s too quiet. Finding the right person to share my space with is more important than how much the rent will be.
