The room is the master bedroom, and is the largest bedroom in the house. The room has a large built-in closet for storage, and a large window, with a view of the backyard that lets in alot of natural sunlight. It is also right next to the bathroom.

Rent includes Utilities and Hydro, use of non-coin washer and dryer, dishwasher, and unlimited Wi-Fi.

Driveway parking for one vehicle is included.

The room is private, with a keyed lockable door.

I am the owner/landlord, and will also be living in the property.

There will be 4 people total living in the house.

Must be a non-smoker and I would prefer a non-drinker. Cannot do any drugs or vape. Use of cannabis is prohibited.

Cats and/or small caged animals are allowed.

Application process will require a credit check. References will also be required.

Perfect for people who do not want to live in a party environment.

There are rules to follow to ensure an environment that is respectful of others.

One occupant per room.

No overnight guests.

Rent is $775 per month

First and last month’s rent is required before move-in.

People on ODSP are also welcome, in lieu of fulltime employment.

Rent will reduce by $50 at the start of the 7th month (not including last month’s rent).

A bit about myself:

I am a 31 year old male, university student. I co-own the house with my mother. I am renting out my extra rooms to help with my education costs. My mother helps manage the property, but does not live there.

In regards to my lifestyle, I am fine keeping to myself, but I have been known to warm up to conversation.

My interests include physics (my university major), computers, and learning Japanese.

I also enjoy playing video games.

I might bake from time to time as well.
