Quiet neighborhood, near Bruce Trail access points. On the #4 and #5 bus routes. Central air.

A furnished room could be arranged for a different price

I live in (and own) the house. Looking to rent my spare room. I enjoy hiking, camping, and being outside and active. I also enjoy watching TV shows and movies in the evening. I tend to be clean but disorganized. I am an IT consultant and work from home occasionally. Between 1 and 3 days a week working from home is standard depending on the season.

Idea housemate would be a Christian male around my age that is working full time, but those are not requirements.

The guest room pictured with two beds would be emptied out before move-in day unless a furnished room was negotiated.
