I live in a duplex near the Westbrook Mall. The drive into downtown only takes about 10 minutes, unless it’s rush hour then it could be more like 20. There is a fenced backyard and a driveway that we would share. The bathroom, living room and kitchen are also shared.

I am hoping to find a friend first and a roommate second. I am recently single and am a very outgoing person. I have only lived in Calgary for a few years and am still hoping to form a larger friend group. I like to hang out with friends, play sports or go to the gym on weekdays and go out on the weekends. My sister lives in the basement suite and her and I spend a lot of time in the backyard or going for walks together with her dog. I am hoping to find a female roommate in their mid-twenties who has a schedule offset from mine so that we aren’t holding each other up in the bathroom. The room will be available between mid-June and the first of July
