I am looking for a single non-smoker and clean roommate to share this beautiful 3 bedroom main floor house located in west edmonton, the house is minutes to whitemud drive, highway 16A, yellowhead, Anthony Henday drive, river Cree casino, Costco, West edmonton mall, etc. Many great places to eat and shop, minutes to Lewis farm transit center, street parking available, bus stop around the corner, the legal 2bdrm basement suite is currently occupied and (1 ) bedroom upstairs is occupied, home is fully furnished, house is secured by vivint home security, separate basement and front entrance, first month’s rent and deposit upfront.
