Cozy unfurnished room available in the Evergreen SW Calgary area close to James McKevitt Rd and Shawnessy Blvd SW. There are excellent bus routes servicing the area. The room is located in a recently renovated 2-bedroom basement suite apartment with a sizeable den space. You would be sharing the suite with one friendly working male. Kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities would be shared. The rental rate is $675/month + a small share of utilities for the house which is now fully occupied (a Ukrainian family resides upstairs). There is WiFi available which is included with rent. Damage deposit is equal to the first month rent. Proof of employment and a good rental reference are required. Preference will be given to a working male above the age of 25, and who ideally is a Christian, or someone with strong conservative values.
