Cozy unfurnished room available in the Evergreen SW Calgary area close to James McKevitt Rd and Shawnessy Blvd SW. There are excellent bus routes servicing the area. The room is located in a recently renovated 2-bedroom basement suite apartment with a sizeable den space. You would be sharing the suite with one friendly working male. Kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities would be shared. The rental rate is $675/month + a small share of utilities for the house (typically $100/month). A Hispanic five-person family occupies the upstairs portion of the house. There is high-speed WiFi available for streaming movies, games, etc for $50/month. Required damage deposit is equal to the first month rent. Proof of employment and a good rental reference are required. Preference will be given to a working male above the age of 25, and who ideally is a Christian, or someone with strong conservative values. No smoking and no pets are permitted.
