For non-smokers only.
The condo is located in the Richmond building in Victoria Park/Beltline. It’s on the 6th floor and is facing southeast.
The building is a 4-minute walk from Victoria Park CTrain station, with several bus stops/lines nearby.
Insurance and all utilities are included (Electricity, water, heat, internet).
Underground parking is available for $150 a month.
The condo is fully furnished and all appliances are included, except laundry.
An adjustable Steelcase desk with a Steelcase office chair and 2 monitors are available for the hybrid or the permanent work from home setup.
The laundry is shared and the laundry room is on the main floor.
The room is furnished with a new bed and a new Eurotop queen mattress.
Please note that the bathroom is shared.
About the roomies
I work in Banff and I’m home once a month or so. I’m looking for a non-smoker working professional roommate to share my place with and who will be willing on taking care of my little “jungle” in my absence.
