This spacious condo is in Downtown West end, a block away from the LRT, near bus routes and the river. Easy access to both downtown and Kensington amenities.

You will get your own private 3 piece bathroom with heated floor (6’3“x6’4“) right beside your room (12’5“x10’5“). There is a large closet in your room as well. Both bedrooms are separated by the kitchen and living room so there’s a good amount of privacy.

If you are interested but need a bed in room, I can purchase one once deposit has been paid. I can add other appropriate furnishings to the room later as well.

Ideal tenant will either be a student or young working professional. Looking for someone who is clean, friendly and mindful of our schedules. No smoking, light drinking is fine. I’d prefer if you don’t vape in shared spaces.

The kitchen has all the basic appliances- stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, conventional and counter-top ovens, Instant pot, toaster and plenty of storage space. There’s also in-suite laundry and a south facing balcony. The building has a gym as well.

The rent includes heat, water and internet. We will share the cost of electricity (usually $30-45/person)

The security deposit is 1 months rent. The lease term is flexible, but minimum 3 months required by the condo management.

You will be sharing the unit with myself (owner). I’m 30 yrs old Resident Doctor with U of C/Canadian Air Force, and will mostly be working in Downtown and NW Calgary. I’m very easy going, clean and approachable. Non-smoker and don’t drink. I’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
