Main floor room, 10ft x 12ft, in a quiet spacious suburban property in Oshawa, near the Rossland and Wilson intersection; It’s a 7 minute walk from grocery store, a 30min bus route, and 24-hr convenience store. The house is furnished, central air for heat in winter / AC in summer.
The bathrooms and kitchen are shared, and the parking is limited especially in winter when no street-parking is allowed.
Property maintenance/chores (garbage take-out, mowing lawn, shovelling snow, etc) are shared and posted on a schedule.

Your 3 roommates (2 male 1 female) are in their 30s, in the current setup you would be sharing the upstairs bathroom with 1 male.
We’re pretty quiet and independent, there are board game nights and movie nights and sometimes we go on hiking trails together or camping trips.
There is a small dog - a miniature schnauzer - that is excitable and likes to run around; he has the run of the house and can be barky at times.
Our interests vary, but include horror movies, NHL, board games, kayaking, and videogames.
