About the room

This is a mother-in-law suite in the basement of my home. The house is a bungalow and the suite has a private entrance. Big bright bedroom. Cozy and darker living area, bar kitchen , laundry room and huge washroom with separate shower and tub. It is not a full kitchen but includes a full size fridge, 2 burner hot plate, sink, toaster oven and cupboards with countertop. Gas fireplace helps with the cozy feeling.

Rent includes utilities, cable and internet.

About the roomies

I am home most of the time. I have a female roommate with me upstairs. We are quiet, no parties and want the same. I also have a small yorkiepoo.
