About the roomies

Cedarbrae is an established community with big trees. It is quiet, friendly and safe. I have a “Mother-in-law” suite in the basement of my house for rent. Separate entrance, one bedroom, gas fireplace, own washer and dryer, huge bathroom and wet bar. There is no stove. It has a full size fridge, 2 burner hot plate, convection toaster oven, sink.

Upstairs is the owner (Me), small yorkiepoo and roommate. We are quiet, friendly and don’t party. Looking for same.
