This apartment is a 3-bedroom suite with in-suite laundry and the building boasts guest suites, a distinguished, beautiful green rooftop terrace, a rooftop clubhouse, a fitness center, an underground vehicle, and indoor/outdoor bicycle parking.

I’m looking for 2 roommates (females preferred but all welcome) to live in this apartment (you’ll be living with a female post-grad student). The apartment is to be ready for move-in by November 2023. All applicants will need to be approved by the building.

The rent is CAD1150 or CAD1100 depending on the room you select (all-inclusive), the deposit is half the rent.
