Private room in a shared 6 bedroom home. Room is downstairs in a suite that has one other renter. The bathroom is shared and only has a shower, no tub. There is a partial kitchen that has a microwave, toaster oven, skillet, 2 induction burners, cookware, dishes, cutlery etc. The fridge is full sized and shared only with the other downstairs renter. Dishes have to be washed upstairs. If interested in this room please message me and tell me about yourself. Some things I’d like to know are: Are you employed? Do you have references? What is the reason you are moving? As well as anything else that helps me get an idea about your personality. As long as the room is available you will be invited to come meet us and see the area. Depending on what you share with me when you message me I may have more questions if I feel I don’t have enough information. You should expect to provide references. Preferably work, previous landlord and personal.

My family lives in the main are of the house (there are 6 of us total but only 5 live here) the room for rent is in a shared basement suite type of area and is shared with one other renter who is pretty much never home.
