Private room in a shared 6 bedroom home. Walking distance to 3 bus stops. Beautiful area to wind down, bird sanctuary with walking paths. The room is downstairs in a suite that has one other room rented. The bathroom is shared and only has a shower, no tub. Bedding and towels will be provided if needed. There is a partial kitchen that has a microwave, toaster oven, skillet, 2 induction burners, cookware, dishes, cutlery etc. The fridge is full sized and shared only with the other downstairs renter. Dishes have to be washed upstairs. If interested in this room please message me and tell me about yourself. Some things I’d like to know are: Are you employed? Are you a student. Do you have references? As well as anything else that helps me get an idea about your personality and if you’re a fit for our home. As long as the room is available you will be invited to come meet us and see the area. Depending on what you share with me when you message me I may have more questions if I feel I don’t have enough information. You should expect to provide references. Preferably work, previous landlord and personal.

My family lives in the main are of the house (there are 6 of us total but only 4 live here) the room for rent is in a shared basement suite type of area and is shared with one other rented room. It may sound chaotic but everyone who lives here is an adult and either works or goes to school. Sorry no pets allowed as we have too many of our own. If allergic to cats, rabbits and dogs we won’t be a fit for you.
