Private room on the second floor of a shared house with myself (35F). It fits a queen bed with room for a dresser, nightstand, and/or smaller desk. Closet and big window with blinds (east facing - great for plants!). Option to rent a second smaller bedroom that could be an office space with room for a futon or single bed if you’d like to accommodate guests. Closet as well, and big window with blinds (west facing). Three piece shared bath (tub/shower) on second floor. Two piece shared bathroom on main floor. Laundry on main floor. Decent sized kitchen with gas stove. Parking space available. Back deck with fenced in yard and small BBQ to enjoy outdoor space. House is located close to lime ridge mall, many amenities, less than ten minutes to the Linc.

Hi! I’m Bryn. I’m a recently single 35F, very independent and responsible house owner. I have my own business and wfh. The house comes with two very old and overly adorable hounds, so you must love dogs! They are very well behaved, very friendly, and we’ll exercised and taken care of. There is also a cat who thinks she is part of the dog pack. She is very sweet and social enough that she’s not too over bearing. Unfortunately because of my crew, I cannot have any more animals into the home (I’m so sorry!!! It breaks my heart) so I’m hoping for a roommate that is pet free for the time being. I’m hoping my crew will help fill the void for you! I prefer a mostly clean and tidy house but understand that things may get a bit disheveled from time to time. I’m looking for someone who likes to work as a team, and we help each other out with basic house chores. I’m hoping to find a roommate that likes to socialize but also prefers independent times.
