There is public transit within walking distance from the residence, but having a vehicle would be recommended. 5 minutes away from Stoney Trail (Ring Road). The townhouse complex neighbors a strip mall that includes a 7/11, Esso Gas Station, liquor store, pizza place and medical centre. All of this is literally within walking distance from the front door. Nearby, there is a natural area with extensive pathways which is great for morning walks/runs. In close proximity is Creekside shopping centre which includes Boston Pizza, Anytime Fitness, Starbucks, Co-op, and Blowers & Grafton.

Live by myself, in a pet free / smoke free home. I’m pretty easy-going, but I like to maintain a clean and tidy environment as much as possible. I like to maintain my privacy, but I’m not a hermit and I’d like to have a good, respectful relationship with my roommate. I do work twice a week from home. Aside from work I like to maintain an active lifestyle through outdoor activities such as hiking and golf.
