I will have a room available beginging of October in my townhouse. It’s a 2 bedroom townhouse so it would just be the 2 of us. You get the master bedroom with walk in closet and on suit bathroom. $900 plus we split utilities and internet 50/50. Located in Copperfield. A cat is ok (I have a dog and the townhouse board allows 1 cat and 1 dog per unit so no other dogs sorry). We share the garage and driveway for parking. Female roomate preferred. Non smoking (vaping and weed is OK as long as it’s outside, cigarettes are 100% no!). I lived here for 6 years and love this place, the landlord is amazing too!
