About the room
Nice quiet area not far from SAIT or ACAD, just up the hill from Kensington and the downtown core. Express bus service to LRT and airport nearby. Large and spacious apartment with in suite laundry.
There is a smaller room that can be rented for $800/mo with a private washroom down the hall in the common area.
Alternatively there is a large room with big bright windows and a private master bathroom available for $1200. I am flexible so I could occupy either space according to your preference.
There is a large common living room area and a nice kitchen with bar style counter dividing them.
About the roomies
I am a quiet, clean 43 year old male who works from home as a Tech Support specialist. I have one senior cat who mostly stays with me in my room. I would prefer if you had no pets but a single cat is negotiable. I enjoy collecting records, live music and reading books. I’m respectful and easy to get along with.
