The room is furnished with a single bed, bookshelf and small dresser (if you prefer to bring your own furniture, that’s also an option). Kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared with myself only. Card laundry in building (one floor below us). $550 per month including utilities and wi-fi, $200 DD. A parking space is available for an additional $40/month.
