Spacious room available for rent in a home shared with two females and a friendly dog. We are seeking a single female student for the school year (September 1st to May 1st). If looking for a secure, quiet and private room to rent at a convenient location in Mississauga (20 min from Brampton). Our home is conveniently located close to highways 401 and 407. The Lisgar Go Bus terminal is close by. Some amenities are available at walking distance like a grocery store, restaurants, and drug store. We will be sharing the kitchen, laundry facilities, and the bathrooms. The first-floor living room is off limits but the rented room offers a sitting area with a television. You will have access to the lovely yard including a BBQ. There is no smoking or pets. All utilities are included. First and last month’s deposits are required. Furthermore, we request an in-person meeting to ascertain if we are a good fit. References will also be required. A 3-month probationary period will be maintained at which point, we will decide if the living arrangement is satisfactory. Thank you 🙂
