Located closest intersection Woodbine and Kingston Road. The room is a medium-sized room that is private with a shared kitchen and bathroom. The room is in a very clean and quiet building. TTC at door, or take the Queen Streetcar downtown it’s only a short walk away to Queen St. The lake is also just a short walk away. Utilities included. There are grocery stores, restaurants, Tim Hortons, LCBO Starbucks, shops Banks, down on Queen. Also, you can take a short bus up to the Danforth subway stations, there are super stores and many restaurants off the Danforth.
This room is perfect for a student looking to further their education or working professional. The kitchen is shared. No couples must be clean quiet and respectful. Nonsmokers, smoking is not permitted in the building anywhere. No parties, get-togethers, drug use, or heavy drinking ever. Proof of enrolled student or working full time. Thanks for your interest.
