The apartment is located right beside the Sunnyside c-train station (Roomies can’t find the address so the pin is dropped further away). It’s a concrete building and the apartment was recently renovated to have laminate floors (no beige carpet) and fresh paint. It is clean and comfortable with a reasonably large living room, lots of storage, a deck, and natural light. I have it mostly furnished for the living room and kitchen, but there is definitely room for any furniture or things you may have. The bedroom is unfurnished. All utilities are included in the rental price, there is coin-laundry in the building, and parking available for $100/month. Pets are welcome as long as the landlord approves them.

I am a full time professional doing fundraising for a non-profit. I am clean and quite. In my spare time I like to read, go out with friends, and I’m a regular runner. I love hanging out in the park in the sunshine while the weather is still nice enough.
