This is our largest room and is suitable for a quiet individual or couple seeking a place that offers proximity (30 mins) to Downtown Toronto, but without the hustle and bustle associated with downtown living

The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, desk, large dresser, office chair, and additional seating. It also includes a 4K Smart TV, a private fridge, and a private microwave for added convenience. The room has been recently updated to include new paint, draft proofing and a new mattress!

The home features a large shared kitchen, and we provide basic household essentials such as toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, and garbage bags.

The property is approximately a 10-minute walk to the subway, with downtown reachable in about 30 minutes by transit.

The grounds are well maintained year-round, including during winter months. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is included.
