The room and basement are bright and get plenty of natural light. I am looking for a single person who does not smoke or drink. The kitchen, laundry room and recreation room are shared spaces. The carpet is professionally cleaned and sanitized twice a year, and the house is cleaned from top to bottom every week. Our home is five minutes from Saskatoon farm and less than 10 minutes from Costco, various banks, Canadian Tire, Home Depot, Dollarama, and more. Please note, that we require proof of sufficient income to afford rent, a proven track record of paying rent on time, and no criminal record. Additionally, a letter of reference.
