Sky's room

I have a private room available. Furnished with a twin bed and bookcase. These can be removed if they aren’t needed. There is a second unused bedroom that could be rented at an additional cost. The washroom is your own private washroom with a toilet, shower and tub. The kitchen and common area is shared. Shared laundry as well. There is a fenced backyard. Utilities are included, as well as wifi. There is driveway parking. Unfortunately no pets are allowed. I may consider a cat, with the introduction to my dog.

It’s just myself and my dog that live here. I have my own separate bedroom and washroom on the opposite side of the bungalow. I’m very quiet and clean. I don’t smoke or party. In the summer I do like to occasionally have the odd fire outside. My dog is 2 and currently comes to work with me during the day. When I’m not home he stays in a crate. In my spare time I enjoy going to the mountains, bouldering, going out for food or drinks and walking around the city. Looking for like minded, clean individuals to share my space with.
