About the room
Hi, my name’s Kaila, and I’m a 21 year old student. I’m renting out a large bedroom in my newly renovated Dalhousie home close to many amenities and public transportation (DALHOUSIE LRT & multiple bus stops). Easy access to Crowchild Trail as well. It is very bright and modern with an open concept kitchen, and tons of room. Upstairs you will find the main kitchen, large living room, full bathroom, and three bedrooms (two are for a friend and I, and the 3rd is designated as a guest room that will not be rented out). Downstairs is where the two rentable bedrooms are (one is already spoken for), as well as a full bathroom, a smaller second kitchen, a laundry room, and a massive family room. There is a patio, backyard, and ample parking as well. The house is located on a quiet cul de sac.
