The room is unfurnished and features a large window and closet. Our house features an abundance of natural light, a large living room and kitchen, back deck, storage space (garage), and laundry facilities. Plenty of street parking. Close to R5, 135, 160, 136, 144 buses. 10 minutes by bus to SFU. Extremely close to Kensington Square featuring groceries, banking, fast food, medical clinic, gym, etc. The home is no-pets as per the lease. You will be co-signing a 1-year lease, along with providing a security deposit of last months rent.

Currently living here is myself F22 and my roommate M23, we work full/part time. You will be sharing a bathroom with myself.
