Rent is for both rooms, we aren’t looking to piece out the two rooms to two different people. This would be an ideal situation for a small family, or someone who wants an extra room for an office or storage.

One room in the basement measures 11’ x 8.5’ and has access to a private half-bathroom. The main bedroom upstairs measures 12’ x 11.5’ with a large mirrored closet - can be furnished or unfurnished. Also if you don’t absolutely love the purple bedroom 😅 we are open to painting it for you.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, this house has access to bus routes 56, 95, 99, 125, 126. There is also street parking and parking available in the parking pad beside the garage.

2.3 kms away from South Glenmore Park, 5 kms to Costco, and less than a km to Calgary Co-op.

The house is shared with a retired senior male and his border collie.

Seeking mature roommates who are respectful. It’s requested that there is no smoking or excessive drinking on the property. Friendly dogs are welcome, as long as everyone gets along with each other.
