Looking for a place to stay, our room is located in Temple close to transit busses, easy driving location near 16th Ave & McKnight, shops walking distance, and village Square/Genesis centre not far! 5 bdr home with basement, patio/backyard and bar.

The room, is open and optional furnished. Can fit a comfortable set up, close to bathroom n kitchen. Window facing east, so no sun till afternoon or evening, closet is standard, and wood floor for easy clean up. Plenty of storage. Appliances, media(netflix) n spacious

Our house is about leisure and community, we help eachother but not a requirement, we all work at different hours, weekdays are chill/relaxing, weekends are our free time, we got a wicked backyard, house is furnished, shopvac to vaccum, bar downstairs (not to used), TV in livingroom, mailbox not far, most have vehicles but parking not an issue, and internet/cable, pantry space, dishes, appliances.
