Furnished room in a walk-in basement. All utilities, internet, and laundry included 875 CAD for 1 person only. Located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Rest assured, the room stays cozy with the heat set to a minimum of 22°C. I haven’t received any complaints about the cold in basement from past housemates.

I’m looking for a mature, clean and respectful female housemate available to move in the second week of December (no couple please). We will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen. No overnight guests. Minimal drinking is okay, but smoking, vaping, or the use of drugs or weed is strictly prohibited on the property. Also no pet please!
