The kitchen offers a 2 burner electric stove, microwave oven, air fryer, slow cooker, small conventional toaster oven, all kitchen utensils, pots , pants, cutlery, All utilities and furnishing in included.

All you gave to do is bring your personal belongings and your home!

The tenants will enter through their own private entrance door to the rear of the house, and can enjoy a private garden and patio area outside, barbeque or relax and read a little in the morning sunshine.

Tenants will be given a code for their own private entrance door along with a private gated entrance with code too.
