Cozy house in Huntington Hills Calgary, 10-15 min drive to downtown, 30 min via transit to downtown. There are direct buses to SAIT and UofC. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared with one person (female). The living areas are furnished but I’m willing to move stuff around to fit yours if you have some. Utilities, including internet, are included. The room is unfurnished with a closet. I would be able to provide a bed frame and mattress if needed. The laundry is shared in the basement suite. Large backyard. Driveway and street parking are available.

Hi! My name is Anouk. I work full-time, partly from home. I have two very sweet cats. I spend my time reading, puzzling, watching tv, biking, and hanging out with friends. I hardly have people over except my mom and two siblings once every 4-6 weeks. I have always done the majority of the housework when living with roommates as I am the one who owns the house and I have two pets so I think that is only fair.
