There’s a large fenced backyard, lots of nice green spaces and bike paths nearby, as well as grocery stores, busses, etc.

All basic utilities are included in rent - heat, electricity, wifi, condo fees. You are responsible for your own groceries and personal needs.

I’m 37yo female and a member of a local church. I’m very easy to get along with and quiet. I like spending time with my friends, on friday and saturday nights, in video calls and playing party games online. I’m more of a homebody and don’t like to go out much.

Not looking for any party animals or people who like to have a lot of guests over all the time, but once in awhile is totally fine as long as it’s respectful. I’m fine with other people drinking, but I don’t do it myself.

I love to cook and bake, and I usually make meals in the kitchen several times a week. I always make extra, if you’re someone who doesn’t like to cook too much. We can probably do some trading off in that area!

As for the pets - the dog is VERY friendly and always wants attention, although she’s not hyperactive or super annoying, and she doesn’t lick. She’s pretty well trained and a good listener, and just a generally happy dog. She also sheds quite a bit, which I stay on top of with constant vacuuming and brushing. There are lint rollers in every room of the house as well. The cat is just very cute and personable, not overly cuddly, but is quite vocal when he’s hungry or wants attention. He mostly minds his own business and sometimes he bullies the dog.
