Fully furnished private bedroom in peaceful, calm, clean and quiet home in Brentwood. We are looking for a mature, clean, quiet and respectful tenant. You will share the upper floor of the home with one other person. Your room is spacious and includes a comfortable bed with a table/desk and lots of storage and bookcase space.
The house is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood of Brentwood, 3 minute walk to bus stop, short walk to Brentwood Mall, FreshCo, Starbucks, London Drugs, Coop, restaurants, banks, gyms, and more. Short walk or bus ride to University of Calgary, 20 minutes bus ride to SAIT. Rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi, access to the shared kitchen, bathroom, living room, and laundry room. Street parking is available.
No drugs, smoking or pets allowed. The deposit is the full month rent.
