Welcome to beautiful Sunnyside! A nice quiet neighbourhood just across the river from busy downtown Calgary. Just off of Memorial Drive, this unit has a park located in the back, a cafe across the street, a 10 minute walk to the nearest train station, as well as beautiful Prince Island Park a 10 minute walk away.

One train station away from SAIT and close to MRU.

Free street parking is avaliable. There are two laundry units avaliable to use. All utilities are included within the rent price. (water, heating, electricity, internet)

My name is Khezya and I have been living in this unit since 2021. I live here with my cat, Eevee. I would describe myself as an eclectic, extroverted, and highly energy sensitive person. I currently work in the event industry.

I am looking for someone who is ambitious, kind, quiet and proactive to live with me. The building is wood frame (built around the 70’s and renovated just after the 2013 flood) and sound travels very easily so no loud music or partying.
