Apartment in downtown, located on the 17th floor. Only one block away from the C-Train & Co-op stores.

All Utility bills included, including wifi. Gym access is included along with bike storage.

Heated Parking is available, price can be negotiated.

I’m originally from the U.K. moved here at the end of March. I’m very friendly and I try my best to be welcoming and hospitable. I’m a very tidy person and quiet.
