Looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment downtown Calgary. It’s on the west end side of downtown just a few blocks from the river. Parking is available for a fee. Washing machine/dryer in the basement for a small fee of $5.50 per load. There is never a problem with securing a machine.

Room is unfurnished.

Unit is on the 3rd floor and one block from the train station. 5-15 minutes walk from three different gyms in the area.

I’m a 28 year professional working full time in administration, and doing hair extensions at home as a side hustle in the shared living space. I’d like to find a roommate that I can be friends with, not someone who is renting a room but sharing the apartment and equally feels like this is their space. I have two cats so must be good with animals but no other animals are allowed in the suite. Seeking someone who is also a professional, tidy, respectful and quiet.

The hair station (pictured in the room that is available) will be moved to the dining area and there is enough space in the living area for the table to be moved out.

You are welcome to bring any furnishing items for the shared area of the unit as well. Please let me know what you would like to bring. I need some fresh ideas for decorating the living area if you’re into that type of thing.

Term would be 5 months to start but opportunity to extend at lease renewal at the end of August if the arrangement is going well.
