Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on second floor of quiet 2 story building. $730/month, Available March 1st. Master bed and ensuite available, unfurnished (there is a nightstand and dresser you’re welcome to use but if not I can get rid of them), the rest of the apartment is fully furnished shared space. All utilities included, only pay half of internet ($50 each), very low rent in the current climate. $500 damage deposit required, willing to negotiate payment plan it payment at a later date if needed. Large green space behind building 1 cat is allowed with pet deposit (must be able to get along with other cats, I have one very friendly senior cat). Laundry is card operated and shared with the building. Moderate sized east facing balcony. Non-smoking building. Includes access to pool and gym in main building. Close to South Glenmore Park, Heritage Park, Heritage and Southland train stations, Rockyview Hospital, and all amenities. Easy access to Glenmore Trail and short drive to both Chinook and Southcentre malls. Underground parking is available for an extra $75/month, however there is plenty of free street parking in front of the building.
