Mya's room

Located in Killarney SW. Less than 5mins from C-Train station, and very close to downtown. This is a 3 level home, and the room is located in the basement. The other two bedrooms are located on the third floor. This room is very private with its own bathroom thats in the bedroom and will never need to be shared. A queen size bed can be provided if needed otherwise the room is unfinished. Utilities, internet, snow removal and monthly cleaners are included.

I am 24 years old and I’m currently in school full time and I work part time as a nanny. I’m very into weight lifting and typically go to the gym in the mornings 5-6 days a week. My boyfriend lives in the home as well, but you will probably rarely see him as he works 12+ hour days 6 days a week, and likes to spend his free time outdoors at his family’s rural property or fishing. Another mid 20s female lives in the house who works full time. We all tend to do our own thing and keep to ourselves, but we are all happy to socialize in the common spaces of the home! We are all quiet, clean and respectful roommates. We like to keep the common spaces such as the shared kitchen and living room areas clean. Monthly cleaners and snow removal included in rent.
