About the room
Furnished room for rent. I am renting 1 room in my 2 bedroom house. The furniture in the room cannot be removed. We have a huge backyard with barbecue and outdoor table set.
We are close to a whole bunch of great restaurants and stores, by Fraser in Kingsway. Five minute walk to the bus - one straight bus to UBC or downtown.

About the roomies
I’m a single mum with 2 kids. My boys are sweet and nice and easy to be around. They are usually off to bed and 7-8. Then the house is a chill adult zone. I have sweet cuddly cats too. And I’m 420 friendly.
