June's room

Room(s) located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood close to transit. Looking for responsible, respectful female exchange students or working professionals. There is currently a female adult in the home, all utilities and internet are included. Drama free, friendly, clean household who respects each others privacy. This is not a party house. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit as I will have the room professionally cleaned once your tenancy ends. Easy transit, bus routes 22 & 41 and easy access to downtown. Rooms are furnished and unfurnished. Washroom and common areas are shared, and I have plenty of cookware in the kitchen you can use. Absolutely no smoking, no marijuana, no vaping or any other kinds of drug use in the house.

I am a retiree who enjoys spending time with my grandchildren and when the weather gets nicer I like to do a bit of gardening.
