My modern 1600 sf home is located on a quiet cul de sac in Harvest Hills. The room is fully furnished with Queen bed and you will have your own private bathroom. Includes 1 parking space, free wifi, and express bus to Downtown close by. 10 min to YYC airport. Lots of grocery, shops, restaurants, banks, movie theatre, and Vivo Community Centre within walking distance. You will cost share the heat, estimates can be provided. My back garden is fully fenced and there is a bbq, dining and seating area for entertaining. You must work outside the home full time. I have a Golden-doodle who is non-shedding and hypo-allergenic whom is calm and very quiet.

I am semi-retired and work from home. I have been hosting or sharing my home for over 10 yrs. I would like yo share my home with only one renter, longer term. I am looking for compatibility and maturity and someone who will share in the common area cleaning and yardwork.
