Looking for a sublet July1st-September 1st! Spacious 3 bedroom condo in foothills village located across the street from the foothills hospital. Walking distance to UofC, close to downtown, and access to many bus routes. Condo is furnished with a bed, desk, and desk chair and each bedroom has a big closet there is also a storage room in the condo and a big front hall closet. Some highlights: Dishwasher, in suite laundry, and a large balcony.

There are 2 mature female students in the house who spend lots of time working. They are both really friendly and outgoing. When they aren’t working they spend there time doing various activities like hiking, swimming, skiing, camping, rock climbing, working out, literally anything FUN you name it. This house hold is clean/tidy and respectful of the space and we are looking for someone with the same mindset.
