1 spacious bedroom available for rent on the top floor of a clean, female only, shared downtown Toronto townhouse. You will be sharing with 3 more girls. There is a full size bathroom next to your room that you will share with 2 other girls. The property has been updated with an amazing renovated kitchen with full size appliances and a lovely sunroom. There’s plenty of storage, an additional bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, and deep freezer in the basement. Townhouse has central heating and AC. Plenty of street parking. Extremely close to Dollarama, Farm Boy, Shoppers Drug Mart, King and Bathurst Street cars and tons of king west restaurants and bars. Utilities will be extra. Lease will be signed with all 4 roommates and has a firm start date of April 15 2024 for a fixed 12 month term (it automatically turns into a month to month lease after that). The bedroom has a yellow wall but you are welcome to paint over it.

You will be sharing with 3 other females in their mid to late 20s who are working professionals. We are kind, friendly, social but respect the other persons space, and love going out to explore all that Toronto has to offer. We are looking for someone who we can be friends with but also someone who values cleanliness of shared spaces in a home.
